Considering our increasing difficulty in getting our ICC raids together, we are going to be making some changes to the way we raid.
Firstly, we will no longer raid ICC 5 nights a week. We will raid 2 nights a week in ICC. This is intended to keep our raiders from burning out and to get those that have flexible schedules to be on at the same time, focusing our efforts. This week we will be attempting a Tuesday and Thursday run. This is not a concrete schedule, and may be subject to change.
Secondly, invites will still start at 7pm server time. At 7:15 server time, spots will be filled with PUG. This will fix two issues, the first, raid nights with no raids. The second, if we find we need to pug often it will give us opportunity to meet and possibly recruit new guildies to help with our seemingly low raid population.
Third, we will not schedule weekly or voa runs, but will expect people to take the initiative to complete these if they desire. Guild runs are still possibilities but they will be spontaneous.
Lastly, we will be taking more notice of peoples performance in raids, and we will approach those that might need some help or practice at raiding on a progressive level. This is not intended to hurt anyone's feelings, but to help our guild improve as a whole. If you would like help, feel free to ask and we will do our best.
If you have any questions, comments or concerns about the above, please address them to Jehryn, Mendorent, Faerrie or Magglee.
We are hopeful that these changes will be positive, or at least informative.
Thank you for all you do,
-Jehryn, Mendorent, Faerrie and Magglee
